Larissa Ashdown is running as your NDP candidate in Tuxedo. 

Larissa has 20 years of experience in public policy, working in various leadership roles for the provincial government, the Addictions Foundation of Manitoba and local non-profits and will use that experience to advocate for what matters to people in the Tuxedo neighbourhood.  Larissa and her husband are the proud parents of two school-aged children. Soon after the pandemic began, Larissa started her own consulting and coaching business, combining her two passions of helping organizations build their capacity, and helping support and empower overwhelmed parents to be leaders in their communities. 

In her volunteer time she continues a long commitment to supporting the development of Ukrainian dance in Winnipeg.
