Pallister Spent Five Months in Costa Rica in First Three Years as Premier

WINNIPEG — Brian Pallister spent at least 147 days in, or in transit to or from, Costa Rica in the three years after he became Premier in April 2016, according to the Costa Rican government. The entry and exit records provided by Costa Rican officials show Brian William Pallister made nine trips to Costa Rica during the period, for a total of 129 days. These trips required at least 18 travel days, since there are no direct flights between Winnipeg and Costa Rica. This does not include any other vacations taken by Pallister while Premier.
