Bea Bruske is a life-long labour activist who currently serves as Secretary-Treasurer for UFCW Local 832, Manitoba's largest private sector union. She knows from her experience as a labour activist and negotiator how important it is to listen to and support front-line workers as they deliver the services Manitobans rely on.
Bea is committed to fixing Pallister's health care crisis and will oppose his plan to impose a health care tax that will cost Manitoba families hundreds of dollars more each year.
Bea lives in Fort Whyte with her two teenage sons and dog. She believes her neighbours should have the chance to elect someone who lives in their community, shares their values, and believes in building a better Manitoba for all of us.
